A minimalist design makes the device very approachable and forgiving. With only 3 pieces to assemble, the device can store up to 1 litre of cold brew. The mesh filter features 60 micron holes, which are too small to allow coffee grounds to enter your final brew, but large enough to ensure even saturation. Cold brews don’t extract as many acids and tannis, and as a result are smoother and sweeter than hot brewed coffees. The concentrate can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks, and used to make iced coffee, hot coffee, and cocktails!
